
The proliferation of rich-media (images, video, games etc.) wireless devices and high bandwidth networks worldwide has impelled wireless carriers to explore newer and more sophisticated applications and revenue generation mechanisms. However, generating additional revenue implies that the carrier has to impart some kind of "value added" services to the user beyond the ability to download rich-media.
